Description of Role

As a Social Media Specialist, you will develop and execute strategies across multiple platforms, creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our client brand. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and impact. Tracking performance metrics and analyzing engagement will be key in optimizing campaigns and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Plan and produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content (images, videos, copy).
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build brand loyalty through active community management.
  • Track KPIs and analytics to measure performance; generate monthly reports and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Support paid social advertising campaigns and coordinate with internal performance marketing team.
  • Assist in influencer outreach, UGC campaigns, and brand collaborations.
  • Ensure all social content adheres to brand voice, values, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube Studio, Sprinklr, Khoros).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (bonus; XHS)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
  • Experience in running paid social ad campaigns is a plus.
