Description of Role

Role Overview
The Project Manager is the critical bridge between high-level B2B strategy and technical execution. You will work directly with a Lead Strategist to own the end-to-end execution of client campaigns, ensuring that every piece of creative, every performance marketing tactic, and every technical integration aligns with the client’s complex B2B buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Orchestration & SOP Management

  • Transform high-level strategy decks into detailed project maps and task lists.
  • Enforce and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent delivery across multiple B2B accounts.
  • Manage the executional details by ensuring CRM tags, tracking pixels, and lead-gen forms are correctly mapped to the strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership (The "Bridge")

  • Lead "Sync Meetings" between Creative and Performance teams to ensure both units are working toward the same KPI.
  • Mediate conflicts between BUs (e.g., ensuring Creative understands why a high-performing ad needs specific aesthetic tweaks for B2B resonance).
  • Review all BU deliverables against the Strategic Brief; reject and redirect work that misses the mark.

Content Refinement & QC

  • Review and apply fundamental B2B principles to content by content team.
  • Ensuring clear CTAs, professional tone, and alignment with the specific stage of the buyer’s journey (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu).

Strategic Support & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor real-time data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel (e.g., high ad clicks but low whitepaper downloads) and propose tactical shifts.
  • Maintain the client-facing project roadmap, ensuring transparency on all execution phases.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in B2B Digital Marketing (Account Management, Project Management, or Assistant Strategy roles).
  • B2B Fluency: Understanding of the B2B sales funnel, Content best practices, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM ecosystems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to read a strategy deck and understand the technical requirements for implementation (e.g., GTM, API integrations, or email automation).
  • Detailed Project Management : Proven ability to manage several concurrent B2B projects with high attention to detail.
