Description of Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Strategist who can manage multiple concurrent campaigns and support our strategists and account managers by coordinating execution across departments. You’ll be the operational glue that keeps timelines, deliverables, and expectations aligned, working with our creative, digital, event, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Planning
  • Work closely with strategists/account managers to understand project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resourcing plans, and task trackers.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
Cross-Departmental Liaison
  • Serve as the main point of coordination between strategist leads and execution teams (creative, digital, event ops, content, tech).
  • Ensure all teams are aligned with deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Lead internal status meetings and maintain clear documentation on project progress.
Quality & Delivery Oversight
  • Monitor the quality and timeliness of all project outputs.
  • Ensure feedback cycles are well-managed and deadlines are protected.
  • Escalate risks or delays to relevant stakeholders promptly.
Workflow & Tool Optimization
  • Support in the adoption of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello, etc.)
  • Continuously improve operational workflows and SOPs across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or campaign execution role.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels and digital campaign planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets, or similar.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in strategic thinking and client management.
