Description of Role
- Data entry into account system
- Responsible in handling full set of accounts including monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, bank reconciliation
- Handle income tax submission and SST submission
- Perform closing of monthly management accounts & financial reporting
- Process staffs claims
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretary
- Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of financial records
- Experience in using Quickbook and handling agency accounts will be added advantage

- Knowledge & experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
- Minimum 2yrs working experience. Fresh graduates encourage to apply
